The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has begun the registration process for the postgraduate courses today, May 1. All interested candidates can apply for their preferred course through the official website at jnuee.jnu.ac.in. The last date to submit the application is May 27, 2024. Students will be shortlisted based on their results obtained in the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET).

JNU offers Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MSc), and Master of Computer Application (MCA) programmes in various specialisations.

JNU PG Admissions 2024: Eligibility Criteria

1. The eligibility criteria for the students applying for MA courses is that the Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50 per cent marks in a 10+2+3 pattern of education from a UGC- recognised institute. Also, they should have a valid CUET PG score.

2. To apply for the MSc course in JNU the candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in BSc or BTech in any specialisation with 55 per cent marks and a valid CUET PG score.

3. For the MCA course, a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Maths with a total of 55 per cent marks and a valid CUET PG score is a must.

JNU PG Admissions 2024: How to apply?

Step 1: Visit the official website of Jawaharlal Nehru University at jnuee.jnu.ac.in.

Step 2: Look out for the Registration link on the homepage and click on it.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. Register yourself by filling in all the required information like Contact Number, E-mail ID, and others carefully and click on submit.

Step 4: Complete the application process by paying the application fees. Once the payment is done click on submit.

Step 5: The registration is done. Download the application form and take a printout of it on an A4-sized sheet of paper.

JNU PG Admissions 2024: Application Fees

The candidates need to pay an application fee to register themselves for the JNU PG Admissions 2024. The exam fee for the students from the General Category, EWS, and OBC has been set at Rs 300. The candidates belonging to the SC, ST,PwD category will have to pay Rs 150. However, for Foreign National students, the application fee is Rs 3,320.
